Individual Personal Training
All programs are designed specifically for our clients, but with private training, you have the opportunity to train one-on-one with a trainer for full hour sessions. Based upon your personal goals that are established during your consultation, the trainer will take you through a challenging and effective workout each session and will provide you with a program to follow for the times you are on your own.

Body Double
This program is designed for you and a partner to team up and create a support system for each other. Great for friends, family or couples; you can commit yourselves to a set period of time with our trainers and work towards your individual goals, with the support of a team member and at a fraction of the cost. Having a workout buddy can be extremely beneficial to individuals who have difficulty staying motivated and committed to their program. Achieve your fitness goals and see your results..,together.

Fit Fiancee
Feel and look your best on your big day! We will design programs for any bride or groom interested in feeling wonderful and confident on their wedding day, honeymoon and going forward. Combine this with our Body Double program and you and your fiancee can work out together, getting a great start on a long and healthy future! We can even help a whole wedding party get in shape together.

Express Training
For those whose busy schedules and daily time constraints get in the way of their fitness goals, we have a solution! Our express training is based on intensive 30 or 45 minute sessions designed to efficiently work your body taking a systematic approach. As with our full hour sessions, these workouts are designed around the clients needs and goals but with extra consideration to time constraints. These accelerated workouts are a great alternative for people who simply do not have a full hour at their disposal but want to feel and see the benefits of an active lifestyle.

Small Group and Corporate Training
Studies consistently show that people who workout regularly are more productive and focused at the office, call in sick less, and have lower stress levels. It is no wonder that so many corporations have taken to supplementing the cost of their employees' health and fitness membership and training costs. We offer discounts to groups and companies with over 4 people training with us and have programs geared toward the company looking to give their workers a hand financially with their training.

Mommy Muscle
Specially designed and gentle exercise programs geared towards pregnant women can help relieve some of the physical trials of pregnancy such as disrupted sleeping patterns, mood changes and weight gain; help ease the challenge of labor; and also help promote a quicker recovery. Training after childbirth can help to restore muscle tone, increase energy, and decrease common backache through a rounded program with special emphasis on abs, pelvic floor and lower and upper back. We will take you through safe, effective exercises - addressing the constant physical changes your body goes through - so you can feel your best at this wonderful time!

Senior Strength
People are staying more and more active later in life, and why not? The proper exercise program can safely improve balance, energy, circulation and flexibility in seniors, work against osteoarthritis and osteoporosis and relieve many symptoms of menopoause; not to mention lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and decrease instances of depression or anxiety. Whether you have been active throughout life, or feel its time to get active, a revitalizing exercise program can be tailored to meet your needs. We are also available to set up regular programs in senior focused environments such as community centers and assisted living communities.

Event Preparation
Many people are motivated to begin personal training as part of preparation for a special event. Whether it is toning, slimming down, bulking up or knowing you will be able to run that race, or dance all night; we can help you set real goals, work them into your timeline and help keep you on track with your program so you can reach these goals by your big day.

Weekend Warriors
Some of us work long hours or travel during the week and find it difficult getting to the gym. For you busy bodies, we offer a weekend program geared toward working all of your muscle groups. Depending on your weekday time constraints, we may give you additional workouts to supplement your weekend sessions. It's a great way to end/start the week and build more energy as you move towards better physical condition.
