We are ACE certified personal trainers and dancers who specialize in fitness, body movement, styling, mambo, salsa, hip hop, house, and more!
We are available for private instruction, group classes, workshopsand choreography.
You can train with us at our studio in Jamaica Plain. We also offer training at Mike's Fitness in Jamaica Plain. We can even come to your location!
