We offer several different programs in 60, 45, and 30 minute express
personal training sessions all designed to help you reach your fitness goals. You can enjoy individual instruction, or share the fun with a partner or small group. We offer flexible scheduling, reasonable rates, real results, and do not require any gym memberships or dues at our studio. Special rates are available for seniors, students, couples, and new clients. Additionally, existing clients receive 1 free session for referring a new client that purchases 4 or more sessions.

Our customized personal training programs are individually designed for people interested in improving their level of physical fitness regardless of their current level.
We include the three main elements of fitness - strength training, cardiovascular training and flexibility training into each of our programs. We do our best to develop an effective combination of fitness, nutrition and motivation that works for you.
